Best of all, members of KD's Gamma Beta Chapter at the University of North Texas have the opportunity to move into a beautiful new chapter house.  After months of construction, the 8,300 spuare-foot house was completed in August of 2009, and 17 excited members moved in!  The beautiful house looks out on Highland street joinging the other six houses on Sorority Row.  The house's architectural style is Greek revival during the Antebellum period, featuring traditional interiors with lots of southern charm.  Amenities include:

         •  A beautiful balcony that incorporates the diamond shape within the railing

         •  Full security system and complete fire sprinkler system

         •  Thriteen furnished "suite-style" double bedrooms with private baths

         •  Large living/dining room that doubles as a chapter meeting room
